Warranty & Returns

Warranty

  • Glassware may be returned within the first thirty (30) days for defects due to manufacturing, workmanship or materials.
  • No warranty is expressed or implied with regard to the glass breaking.
NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.

Return Policy

If you would like to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department.
  2. Fill out a Claim Form if requested.
  3. If your claim is verified, you will receive a return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA), and instructions for where to return your glassware.
  4. You must ship the glassware within thirty (30) days of the date of issue of the RMA.
  5. Returned glassware must be packaged in its original carton or in a suitable container with adequate padding inside to prevent damage during return transit.
  6. Replacements will be invoiced on regular terms.
  7. Your account will be credited, or a replacement issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned glassware.
  8. Chargebacks not allowed without prior written management approval.
