Warranty & Returns
- Glassware may be returned within the first thirty (30) days
for defects due to manufacturing, workmanship or materials.
- No warranty is expressed or implied with regard to the glass
MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR
If you would like to initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Service Department.
- Fill out a Claim Form if requested.
- If your claim is verified, you will receive a return
Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA), and instructions for where
to return your glassware.
- You must ship the glassware within thirty (30) days of the
date of issue of the RMA.
- Returned glassware must be packaged in its original carton
or in a suitable container with adequate padding inside to
prevent damage during return transit.
- Replacements will be invoiced on regular terms.
- Your account will be credited, or a replacement issued upon
receipt and inspection of the returned glassware.
- Chargebacks not allowed without prior written management
